How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Dealsmuscle Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Dealsmuscle Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Dealsmuscle Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@dealsmuscle.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
